Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing sink fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Bleach sanitizer measured at 200 ppm. 3 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing. No sign of recent pest activity at this time. Coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers measured at -18C. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Cleaning log kept and up-to-date. Pearl and sago kept in room temperature with time stamps. Dry storage adequate.
