Corrective Action(s): Staff member onsite was instructed on how to mix the sanitizer solution. Train all staff on how to mix the sanitizer solution if a sanitizer dispenser is not available for use.

Comments

-Recommend re-installing a sanitizer dispenser at the 3-compartment sink since it is currently being mixed manually.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Temperature records are up to date.
Sink plugs available for the 3-compartment sink and Quats sanitizer is used.
Quats sanitizer was tested at 200 ppm at the 3-compartment sink and in the spray bottle.
No evidence of pests, traps were in place.
Staff are FoodSafe level 1 certified.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
