Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handwashing stations were obstructed/ blocked with inserts and miscellaneous items during time of inspection
- Operator removed items so that Environmental Health Officer could wash hands
Corrective Action(s): - ALL HANDWASHING STATIONS MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR ADEQUATE AND PROPER HANDWASHING!
- Ensure operators and all staff are aware of this.

Observation: 1. Area around sinks need cleaning and organizing, 3 compartment sink ware-washing and handwashing must be done easily in this area
2. Dry storage area needs to be organized, do not store anything in sinks, observed to be cluttered and space not used efficiently
3. Ensure hard to reach areas are cleaned and all debris removed
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that premises especially above noted areas are cleaned, organized and sanitized/
- Ensure facility is organized in efficient manner, making most of the available space, for example - do not throw and pile things on top of each other in a haphazard manner
