*Operator has not created a covid safety plan as is required. Go onto WorkSafe BC website and follow template intructions to complete plan and submit plan to undersigned EHO for review. Due: Feb 1, 2021 - Addition on one frozen savory item to menu that follows the same process as the other savory item. Otherwise menu remains the same with making of nonperishable sweets. - Frozen products transported in cooler to one store currently (under 5km away). - Operator continues to have a dedicated space in Sincerely Kitchen with full access to commissary amenities - Space well organized and clean/well maintained - Quats sanitizer available at ~200ppm - No changes to menu planned at this time, should this change contact undersigned inspector before any changes are made.
