- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration
*Ensure to regularly change solution in the spray bottle (ie. at least weekly), as the chemical concentration depletes over time
*Food-contact-surfaces (eg. utensils, cutting boards, etc.) should be rinsed with water after sanitizing with scented bleach solutions. Alternatively, regular unscented bleach can be used to mix sanitizer solution without requiring a rinse-step after usage on food-contact surfaces.
- Thermolabel provided to operator to self-check dishwashing rinse temp. Dishwasher should reach 71 degrees Celsius (or higher) for effective sanitizing of dishware.
