Follow up inspection completed to verify violations identified at routine inspection have been corrected.

- Floor under equipment in back area was cleaned and no bags of garbage present. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation within premises.

- Area within customer seating area being used for additional storage of paper products and merchandise has been cleaned/organized so that there are no longer items stored on the floor.

- Floor under bench seat was cleaned to remove mouse droppings and nesting materials. Some mouse droppings were remaining in hard to reach areas under bench seat near wall. Additional cleaning was completed to address this at time of the inspection. Bench seat may need to be moved out to complete remainder of cleaning. Continue to monitor this area for any further rodent activity and ensure any additional rodent droppings present are cleaned up and the area disinfected.

- Pest control company attended premises for additional service (18-Jul-2022) and additional trap (tin cat) has been placed under bench seat for monitoring/control.
Entrance point to building around fireplace was previously identified by Pest Control technician. Manager reported ticket was placed for repairs to be completed and it is pending. Ensure this is completed promptly. Email EHO to confirm once complete.
