Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel was across the kitchen for the hand wash station as the dispenser was not functional.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold water. The paper towel should be in reaching distance to the hand wash sink at all times.

Observation: Fruit flies observed in Bar Area by pop dispensing handling spout and sink. When the handle was lifted large amount of flies appeared.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the area area to reduce fly population. It is recommended to consult a pest management company for further assistance to reduce population.

Observation: Pop dispenser spout in Bar Area was observed to have sticky residue all around it.
Corrective Action(s): Dismantle the spout on the handle and clean and sanitize the items. Increase frequency of cleaning this item to avoid build-up and pest attraction.

Observation: Dry storage room with chest freezer still has carpet. The operator explains they will get it done after tomorrow.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the carpet with no-absorbent, smooth, and easy to clean material to be able to adequately clean and sanitize a food storage area.

- All coolers are at or below 4C
- Chest freezer and prep freezer are at -18C
- High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level (82C)
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle achieves 50-100ppm Chlorine
- Dry storage is satisfactory. Items stored off the floor above 6 inches.
