-Upright cooler in prep cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright cooler was at 3C.
-Under cooler was 3C.
-Customer area cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was -16C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Chlorine was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sanitizer pails were at 100ppm.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
