- cooler was 1C - Freezers were - 15 C to - 32 C - hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water - scoops are washed and sanitized after each use - milkshake machine is sanitized between uses and broken down twice a day for full wash and sanitize. - 3 compartment sink had 200 ppm chlorine, - spray bottle had 200 ppm chlorine - no signs of pest activity noted during inspection - staff not aware of location of test strips. Ensure test strips are easily accessible and used daily.
