Paper based inspection Report #F00242143: Mount Baker Room is now the "Breakfast Room". Kitchen area: 2 sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm. Coolers were at 4 deg C. Freezers were at -10 to -12 deg C. Dry storage area in back for bulk supplies. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. Note: Please provide floor plan for "Breakfast Room". Wall to be added and counter tops with cabinetry. For kitchen, provide a designated hand sink and change 2 comp sink to 3 comp sink. Provided operator with bulletins for "Power outage" and "Boil water advisory."
