Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse concentration observed to too low. Once new sanitizer container was installed and the dishwasher primed the final rinse concentration was at 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Re sanitize utensils washed today as directed.
