Inspection conducted alongside committee member and volunteers. -Overall, kitchen is maintained in a sanitary manner -Both walk-in coolers are below 4C and food is covered and stored appropriately -Hot holding unit is working and holding foods. *Small portion of food is put out - good* -Dry storage is satisfactory. Pest proof containers used -High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level -Sanitizer spray bottle available and achieves 100ppm -Fume hoods are clean -Hand wash station fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water -No signs of pest activity No signature required due to COVID-19 Report to be emailed to operator.
