Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Cutting board and knife were being stored in unsanitary condtion on dry storage shelving; operator to rewash and resanitize these prior to reuse; this food equipment to be stored properly in sanitary manner (ie. NOT on dry storage shelving area)

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Open bag of white chocolate chips and prepped garlic mixture found uncovered in cooler and this can lead to cross contamation issues-- operator addressed and covered these; single use containers found being stored improperly on dry storage shelving and this can lead to cross contamination; Dry storage shelving requires reorganization (eg. food equipment/labels to be stored in containers, etc)
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food covered in storage and protected from contamination; ensure all shelving areas properly organized so equipment and food stuff maintained in sanitary manner and organized properly

* Staff were dressed appropriately with hair protection; hand washing was being done at front counter between customers
* Note: some organization on dry storage rack to be done and consistent; food equipment such as cutting boards/knives being used should not be stored on this rack between use
