Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BTASXF:

Right preparation cooler temperature setting adjusted. Cooler section at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -16 degrees C.
#2 and #3 freezer temperature settings adjusted however ambient air temperatures -12 and -15 degrees C respectively. Observed some ice buildup in these two freezers. Defrosting required.

Ensure all freezers are capable of maintaining -18 degrees C or less.
