-Follow-up inspection to October 29, 2021. -Facility is cleaning and sanitizing areas affected by rodent droppings daily. Still some evidence of droppings observed in the facility. -Sticky monitoring traps have been placed throughout the facility. Ensure the traps are located against the walls - rodents travel along walls. -Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact professional pest control services if pest issues persist or increase. -Sanitizer spray bottle was properly labelled. Ensure to relabel container as needed. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
