Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B8BT8S. - Bleach water sanitizer available in front and back areas at 200 ppm chlorine - Ice scoop is stored in clean condition in a clean, dry container - Raw animal proteins (raw shell eggs) are stored on lowest shelf within walk in cooler and not above any ready-to-eat items - Stacked food containers located within the upper portion of the preparation table have a lid in between to prevent the bottom of the container from directly contacting the food - Food premises is maintained in sanitary condition - Pots and pans as noted on the previous report were not observed to be on site Note: It was stated by the owner that a part is on order for the walk in freezer. Walk in freezer is currently not in use; however, adequate freezer space is available in upright freezer for storage of frozen foods on site at the time of inspection.
