Observation: "Hot chilli sauce" stored in mason jars without any labels. The operator was not able to provide a supplier name that is approved.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the "hot chilli sauce" from the front of the store. Do not sell any sauce until the operator has provided a supplier name that is approved source. All foods must be originating from approved sources.

- All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.

- Temperature log must be kept up to date.
- Random food items (i.e. meats) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
