Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AV2U9R: - The handwashing station was kept clear of any equipment or utensils. The sink was kept clear. - A valid decal (expires March 2018) has been posted on the Operating Permit. Ensure to always post a valid decal. - Food grade containers are now being used. Verified with the manufacturer's specification. Ensure to store all food ingredients (ie toppings, meats, sauces) in good grade containers only. - FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Please make copies of the certificate once you receive it in the mail. The current copy is a temporary letter only.
