Routine Inspection -Hand washing sink equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and single use towels. -High level disinfectant available for semi-critical implements and within its expiry date - see above violation. -Plenty of single use items such as nail files, buffer and toe separators are available - ensure they are discarded after each use or given to client - see above violation. -Pedicure bowls are lined with plastic liners and disinfected with bleach after each use. **Label all bleach bottles.** -Laundry done on-site. -Facility adequately fit -Facility is only approved to provide the following services to be provided manicures/pedicures. Approval must be obtained before adding any other services. -Please submit an infection control plan for the newly proposed services (lash extensions).
