Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Cooler temperature = 4 degrees Celsius.
Thermometers present in cooler.
Freezer temperature = -20.1 degrees Celsius.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at plate level after final rinse cycle.
Ventilation canopy clean.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Overall cleanliness and maintenance very good.

Note: start writing temperature logs for the cooler and freezer daily.
