Observation: Glass door cooler near the kitchen handwashing sink at 10C at the time of inspection.
The premise thermometer, which in the cooler at 11C.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the glass door cooler ( the repeating violation/be inform that enforcement action might be taken).
Note: Small amount of food in the cooler. Food in a cooler can be kept for 2 hours only during busy time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A ice-scoop was directly on ice (handle).
Corrective Action(s): The ice-scoop must be kept in a sanitary manner.

Observation: -Mice droppings on the floor in the dry storage room; as well as on the top of dishwasher machine.
- Fruit flies noted (the kitchen and front/bar).

Corrective Action(s): The back door must be kept closed. If you would like to keep it open - a screen door is required.

-Handwashing station - hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels - available.
-Cooler at 3.8C. Dairy on ice.
-200ppm QUAT solution available in labelled spray bottles.
-Drink dispensing gun/holder in sanitary condition.
-Glasswasher achieved 12.5ppm iodine at final rinse.

KITCHEN
-Handwashing station - hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels - available.
Note: Rolls of paper towels left on the wall-mounted dispensers or nearby - this is not the best practice. Paper towels must be in dispensers.
- All other refrigeration temperatures within requirement.
- Food storage - organized, off the floor, & covered.
-Ventilation canopy hood - satisfactory (however, has to be serviced as per the schedule).
-200 ppm QUAT solution available in spray bottles throughout.
Note: Ensure that chlorine available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths (2-compartment sink near the dry storage room).
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved > 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ice machine satisfactory. No scoop stored in unit.
-Professional pest control company on site. Traps are set.
- Staff washroom - satisfactory (please refill the liquid soap dispenser).

NOTE: Droppings not observed from the food prep areas, but only where mentioned above. Ensure all prep surfaces are sanitized prior to opening.
