-All handwash stations adequately equip -Walk in cooler and prep cooler <4C -Walk in freezer <-18C -Bleach sanitizer bucket + spray tested at >100ppm -FS trained staff on duty, **General sanitation is ok but more cleaning is required for under equipment, sink and floor . ** Staff not able to locate temp monitoring logs- ensure to keep it on site.
