-Sandwich cooler was at 4C. -Creamer cooler was at 4C. -Both upright freezer units were at -18C. -F'Real ice cream machine was at -18C -Sandwiches and bakery foods are checked for best before dates on a regular basis and foods past their best before dates are discarded. -F'Real machine undergoes daily self sanitizing. Sanitizing logs showed the machine "passed" -F'Real cup sanitized in boiling water from the coffee machine. -Quats premixed sanitized was at 200ppm. -Hand sanitized available at the front entrance for self-service machines. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Foods properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
