Observation: A few rodent droppings observed from the following areas:
- floor underneath packaging table
- floor underneath metal storage racks at the back

No droppings observed from food prep/retail area.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to monitor for and remove droppings if observed every morning and after each shift. Sanitize all food prep surfaces before initiating any food prep in the morning.

Routine inspection conducted for Deli and Store:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Hot-holdings operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
- Low temperature achieved minimum chlorine level of 50ppm at plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- Food products stored in pest proof containers and 6inch off the floor.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.
NOTE: Recent pest control reports to be emailed to the health inspector.

Improvement observed with regards to facility's overall sanitation level. Back storage area in much better sanitation than previous inspection.
NOTE: Have the garbage bins (outside) closed and floors underneath produce washing sink cleaned.
