- Follow-up inspection. - Upright 2-door cooler was measured at 4C at time of inspection, however was still kept empty at time of inspection. Staff stated it was still fluctuating when in use and was not able to consistently maintain temperatures at 4C or less. Continue to monitor this cooler and have it re-serviced or replace if needed. Set the temperature to be lower than 4C if necessary, to allow for minor fluctuations in temperatures. Keep the cooler empty until it is capable of consistently maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder.
