Comments

- Facility not in production at time of inspection. Products manufactured on-site include crackers, cookies, blueberry/cranberry jalapeno jelly, and sundried tomato antipasto.
- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Monthly pest control is in place. No signs of pest activity noted.
- Hand washing sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Three-compartment warewashing sink maintained in sanitary conditions, sink plugs available.
- Additional double-compartment sink is used for food preparation.
- Two domestic stoves added from last year - still need a ventilation canopy.
- Walk-in cooler measured at 1C.
- Ensure bleach sanitizer solution is available when facility is in production.
- Temperature records and pH batch records for jelly product and antipasto product available.
