General Observations: - All refrigerator units are at or below 4C - All freezer units are at or below -18C - Hand wash stations are fully stocked. - No signs of pest activity. A pest control company is contracted and they come in bi-weekly - Chlorine based sanitizer bottles are used for high touch surfaces. Sanitizer is at 100ppm.
