-Kitchen is not used for public services - occasionally would be rented for a private function - Kitchen not used during inspection; ensure to have a Foodsafe certified staff when in use. - Upright cooler: 4oC. - Liquid handsoap and paper towels at handsinks. - Bleach solution in spray bottle at 100 ppm - All foods in cooler are covered. - General sanitation (floors/walls/equipment) is excellent. - No signs of pests. - Handwashing/dishwashing signs provided -Dishwasher is not checked- Left a thermometer to check it - please send a pic of the lable to the area inspector at fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca
