306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: - Front service/retail area is not maintained in clean and sanitary condition. - Storage area upstairs from front stairs has rodent droppings - Droppings observed on the floor and under display case for sweets, storage shelves - Water dripping near sweets display case from the ceiling. According to operator AC unit is leaking Corrective Action(s): - Remove all droppings, clean the area and sanitize with 100ppm bleach solution - Discard all packaging material that have been damaged by rodents - Clean the area where the leak is.
