Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Package of raw bacon observed stored next to cut open avocado and other ready to eat foods.
Corrective Action(s): - Avocado and other ready to eat foods discarded. Raw bacon now stored in the lower compartment of the cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mini Cooler observed to be maintaining 11-12C. Only holding sauces.
Corrective Action(s): Please service cooler to maintain 4C and below.
Since there is sufficient space in front of house display coolers, hold suaces there until mini cooler is serviced.
*** Operator has decided to remove the mini cooler and will be storing sauces in the display coolers. Operator stated that they will look into replacing the mini cooler if needed.
