Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature at this time.
Hot holding (rice, soup base) measured at 60C or higher.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 50 ppm at the plate level.
