Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water tap was closed off at the main handwashing station.
Corrective Action(s): The staff opened the hot water tap at the time of the inspection. Ensure that the main handwashing station is supplied with hot water at all times for proper handwashing.

Observation: Exposed wall in the chemical storage room. The staff stated that the wall will be patched in one month.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory. Ensure to keep the floors as dry as possible.
- All handwashing stations (production room, behind the dishwasher) supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer at 36C at the plate's level.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. All boxes and food items must be stored min 15cm off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity. Certified pest control company inspects the facility on a monthly basis. Latest pest control report reviewed (November 12, 2019). Follow the recommendations by the pest control company.
- Most processing equipment are Clean in Place.
