-Follow-up inspection to Sept. 21, 2016 -Health permit cheque submitted Sept. 21, 2016 (Coast Capital #000430) for $87.50 corrected to $50.00 to reflect permit fee for Dec. 07, 2016 to March 31, 2017. -Handwash station serviced and functions properly -New hot holding unit with shatter shield obtained (unit was greater than 60°C). -3 meat probe thermometers available to verify cooking and hot holding temperatures. -Bleach available in front area -Walk-in cooler has been cleaned. -Health approval given to operate.
