Routine inspection conducted and the following was noted.
Sliding cooler door at 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Chest freezers at -18C.
Stand-up cooler beside the grill is not in good working order, but unit was not in use at the time of operation. Operator is planning to replace the unit. Ensure cooler unit is capable of maintain food items less than or equal to 4C.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
Deli slicer was noted to being clean.
No pest activity noted.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of at least 71C at plate level for multiple consecutive cycles.
