* Clean around the hot water tank and upper shelves on the north side of the mobile kitchen to remove dead flies.
Ensure to install a UV vector fly trap within the kitchen mobile unit (By July 15, 2018)
* Cleaning required behind all deep freezers and fridges in the storage container ( By July 1, 2018)
* Ensure greek dressing is kept refrigerated once opened.
* Provide a paper towel dispenser near the hand sink.
* Ensure all chemicals ( cleaners/sanitizers etc.) are stored away from food prep or storage areas.
