Observation: Containers of kimchi had a best before date of January 25, 2022.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure product best before dates are checked regularly and items are removed from the store area as needed. When stocking shelves, use the first in, first out rule - newer stock is moved to the back and older stock is moved to the front.

Store Front:
-Dairy walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Wall coolers ranged from 1C to 4C.
-Cut vegetables and fruits stored at 4C.
-Wall freezers ranged from -16C to -20C.
-Bank freezers were at -10C to -18C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bulk foods were protected from potential contamination and met COVID-19 requirements for self-service foods.
-Random selection of baby foods were within their expiry dates.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.

Produce Area:
-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer as at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labeled and tested at 200ppm.
-Minor cleaning required under the shelving units walk-in cooler.

Juicing Area:
-Under counter coolers were at 1C and 3C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.

Warehouse:
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
