Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A large pot of vegetables in water stored under the 2-compartment sink -a hose, empty sports drink and a lid only partially covering the vegetables on top

NOTE: this infraction was noted back on the September 5, 2018 routine inspection -continued infractions will require increased enforcement

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pooled raw eggs observed and stored in the fridge
Corrective Action(s): Discarded pooled eggs.

Do not store pooled eggs. Once raw eggs are cracked open they must be immediately cooked.

All new workers are to review the BCCDC Document on pooling eggs (chinese and english versions provided)
