**Corrected during inspection** Fresh bottle made after identifying and educating staff. 1/2 tsp bleach / 1 L water. Spray bottle measured 200ppm by end of inspection.

Please clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces.
Recommended to have chlorine test strips available for staff to ensure sanitizer is at proper concentration.
