Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap at front handsink missing during inspection. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Liquid soap dispenser was changed during inspection.
Back handsink requires repair. The handle on the faucet is loose and it is difficult to access hot water. Have plumber service back handsink immediately.

- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition
- Pest control program in place
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Three functional sink plugs available for use
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Sanitizer solution from dispensing unit at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Ice scoop in good sanitary condition
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use - on all prep line and raw eggs - EXCELLENT WORK!
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Vegetable chopper stored in good sanitary condition
