Observation: In addition to current scope of work:
- kitchen facilities are to have 2 additional defined handwashing stations installed (one adjacent to either entrance to kitchen equipped with warm water and stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers)
- walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer are also to be restored: floor tile (walkin cooler) restored to a durable easily cleaned surface and metal panels (walkin freezer) are lifted and damaged
- existing finishes, millwork, shelving and food equipment are to be cleaned and restored to a pristine condition when re-installed.
Corrective Action(s): Restoration of the above noted to items to occur prior to premise re-opening.

Comments

Premise is currently not in operation, closed for renovations of kitchen and seating area.

Premise floors, walls and ceiling system are being replaced. Floor new ceramic tiles, wall tile restored / repaired and frp in dishwasher area, and new drop ceiling system.

Kitchen finishes must be durable, nonporous and easy to clean. Ceiling panels used in kitchen area are to have a washable finish.

A follow-up inspection is required prior to premise re-opening.
