- Upright storage coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Storage freezer are measured at -15C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at the dishsurface. NOTE: the temperature on the gauge should be minimum 82C.
- Sanitizer solution available in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Thermometers are available in all coolers and freezers.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
