Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Manual slicer was found to have dried radish on the blade.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized to prevent potential contamination of foods. Equipment may require additional soaking and scrubbing with a brush to remove food debris. Slicer was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

-Front upright cooler (metal door) was at 4C.
-Kimchi cooler was at 1C.
-Upright freezer was at -11C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-13C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-No foods being cooled at the time of inspection.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sanitizer was tested at 100ppm bleach.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
