302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There is a sanitizer bucket with 50 ppm chlorine (bleach) available and being used, but the cloths are not being dispensed inside the bucket in between cleaning, instead they are being left out on the tables.
Corrective Action(s): The cloths must be dispensed inside the sanitizer bucket so that any pathogens on the cloth get destroyed. All the cleaning cloths were dispensed inside the buckets and it was explained to the employees why this is neccessary.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Repeat violation. Raw foods (marinated meat, dumplings, vegetables) and cooked food (deep fried meat) were in containers without lids in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): This may cause cross contamination of foods. Employees were able to cover all the mentioned foods during inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was left open, and there is no screen door present.
Corrective Action(s): This may cause entrance of pests. The operator closed the back door. A recommendation to install a screen door so that they can have fresh air still coming in was explained to the operator.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: The low temperature dishwasher is not dispensing any sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer is necessary to destroy any pathogens that may be found on dishware. Do not use the dishwasher until it this is fixed. The service company is coming today at 330pm to fix the issue.

*** The dishwasher can not be used until it is fixed. The operator says that the service company will arrive in 1 hour to fix the issue, until then they will have more than enough plates to use. Once it is fixed, they will contact the Health Inspector to follow up and make sure it has been fixed. ***
