The dry storage shelves have been cleaned. The kitchen staff washroom is locked (out of service). Note: Staff will use the public washrooms in the restaurant. Liquid soap and paper towel - available at the handwashing sinks. Bleach surface sanitizer - available (at 100 ppm). Note: If the faucet at the mop sink is leaking - repair it. Note: A screen door near back door is available but not properly installed - install it properly. Note: Continue a regular pest service (invoices for service have to be available on site).
