Reviewed appropriate concentrations for chlorine sanitizer with operator. Operator prepared a 100ppm solution of chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle. Bottom of small cooler has been cleaned. Hand sink no longer blocked. Cold water faucet has been repaired Drapes are maintained in a clean manner New light covers provided for all light fixtures in kitchen.
