Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-CM5N32

A consultation of the floor plan recieved Jan 10 was done. Equipment is still not as depicted. Revision of the floor plan is still needed.
Handwashing station needs to be installed near the front sweets displays. Operator has a plumber that can have sink installed within 10-15 days, but an approved floor plan will be needed before construction can start.

- Low temperature dishwasher measured 50ppm
- Sweets for sale (in ziploc bags) displayed on table accessible to public. Recommended to relocate so products are not readily accessible to public.
- Back storage areas cleaned
- Most build up removed from kitchen equipment
- Range hoods professionally cleaned after last inspection. Range hood filters still need to be cleaned every 2 weeks by staff.
- Bedding area now a storage area. Gap between wall and structure observed. This needs to be sealed to prevent pest entry/nesting.
- Shower stall in women's washroom has been changed to janitors storage space. Shower head is removed. Remove cardboard from this area as floor can become wet.
- Cooking (heating) equipment all within range hood cover
- Previously noted backpack and items not necessary for restaurant operation no longer on site.
