Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Some food in trays was found being stored directly on floor in walk-in cooler and this is unsanitary and can lead to cross contamination; operator addressed immediately and sanitized bottom of trays and stored off floors; Also, ensure food equipment drawers (eg. bakery drawers) cleaned/sanitized regularly to reduce risk of cross contamination
