Approved sanitizer (Quat or Bleach solution) was unavailable on site at the time of inspection.

- Lactic acid sanitizer is available on site. However, test strips are unavailable on site at the time of inspection.

The premise was approved with condition: "*Ensure lactic acid sanitizer is approved for use. Provide documentation such as "No objection letter" from CFIA or Health Canada." (As per the inspection report # 250475 on November 18, 2020). Furthermore, "Lactic acid sanitizer not approved for food contact surface." (As per the inspection report # 250477 on November 19, 2021).

Immediately. Change sanitizer. Sanitizer must be approved for use in the food premise and meet safety requirements.
