A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -25C; hot holding was above 60C; and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles had 200ppm strength. Good. - 3-compartment sink used for dishwashing. Quats sanitizer used in 3rd sink. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins separate from RTE foods; and all foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks. - No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed. - Valid FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopy was professionally cleaned March 2023, next cleaning due in 1 year. - Walls below and behind prep tables are clean. Staff regularly are cleaning this surface. Good job. - No signs of pests. - All in order.
