-Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Coolers (including milk/cream dispensers) were 4C or colder
-Walk-in freezer was -13C **Ensure door is closed properly/securely so temperature is maintained. Door was ajar at the beginning of the inspection.
-Hot holding temperatures were adequate (>60C)
-Soup 65-67C
-Potato wedges 71C
-Chicken slices 62C
-Wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer solution (200ppm)
-Spoons for stirring drinks stored in ice water.
-Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in 3 compartment sink for sanitizing dishes.
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
